Job Description: Personal Assistant
Assisting the HOD in day to day activities.
Preparing the daily/weekly calendar for his meeting schedules and other various activities.
Attend phone calls. Screening enquirers, requests, complaints and handling them when appropriate.
Preparation of documents (Drafting Letters / Emails) , briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Coordinating with other departments in the organization for relevant information and to consolidate the same.
Attending the meetings to record the MoM and circulate the same as per instructions.
Taking care of the HoDs traveling, lodging & other arrangements when required.
To co-ordinate with all the stakeholders within and outside the company to expedite implementation.
